My name is Maria Tachtsoglou, I am a primary school teacher and headmaster. Our school is located in rural area and the number of students are 110, aged from 6-12 years old. The number of teachers is 24. The school has six classes and students are taught English from the first grade. Τhey are also taught the German or French language from the fifth grade. Each school year, teachers implement programs aimed at developing students' critical thinking and cultivating the identity of the active citizen. We have experience with the implementation of european programs and we seek cooperation with parents, the local community and teachers from other countries to exchange ideas and good practices.
