Plan and organize   Deadline: 20 November 2017

When planning a project, pupils should be able to define goals and developing

a road-map of how these should be achieved. It also includes setting priorities and resources.

How to plan a project or an event?

The simplest way is to use Post-its. Split pupils into teams and give them Post-its. Ask them to write down all activities they think are necessary to do, to carry out the project. They should write one activity on one Post-it. Give them time to present. The next step is to summarize the activities, choose the ones that are needed to be done and prioritize. Ask pupils to stick the post-its on a big sheet of paper as a timeline – what needs to be done first, what next…..

As a result, you can create the final timeline and plan activities using Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Planner (other tools can be used too). Set the deadlines for each activity and also who is responsible for each activity.

Present your plan to other partners via Skype. Give feedback to each other. Adjust your plan after feedback if necessary. Or if you have the similar activity, or the same purpose activity, coordinate your plan together.

Share your experience with planning and organizing in our Blog. Add a picture of your plan.
